Born in La Paz, Bolivia in 1976. Lives and works in La Paz.
Caceres studied architecture, urbanism and visual arts at the University of San Andres La Paz in Bolivia. His work has been on view in many exhibitions in Spain, Ecuador, Germany, Italy, Peru, Brazil, Bolivia and in national and international biënnales .
His work is an exploration of the possibilities of image and sound in a mixture of styles and bad taste. He transforms the singularity of an experience into a new videowork.
